Cellulose fibre is from plant fibre, also called wood fibre. Appearing 3-dimensioanal structure, stabilizing and reducing material expansion, improving braking performance. Good chemical stability, avoiding corrosion of friction material surface . Easy to produce high porosity in using, lower braking noise. Light specific gravity, lower specific gravity of friction material. Charring in the temperature of 250℃, carbide power is distributed on the friction material surface. It has features of lubricating and stable friction, reducing heat fading of friction material.
